Scheduling a Mediation

TO MOST EFFICIENTLY REQUEST A MEDIATION, PLEASE:

I.        Call (713) 829-0722 and leave a voicemail with your name, call back number and requested date range for a mediation. 

                                                                       OR

II.       Email admin@mckinneymediation.com and provide the above information. 

III.     Your call or email will be answered in 18 hours or less barring unforeseen circumstances. During the call, we will determine a date and whether the mediation will be in-person or by Zoom.

IV.      Once a date is secured, complete the Request a Mediation form found in our Forms section. The easiest way to complete the form is to cut and paste it directly into your email, complete it and send to admin@mckinneymediation.com.

Directions for In-person mediation:

IN-PERSON MEDIATIONS ARE HELD AT THE TEXAS JUSTICE CENTER UNLESS OTHER, MATTER-SPECIFIC ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.
